AMERICAN BASED FEMALE BASKET BALL TEAM (F3B) INTERACTS WITH FIRST LADY |

 A female group of basketball players from the United States interacted with First Lady Mrs. Sia Nyama Koroma and Second Lady, Mrs. Kadia Sam Sumana at state Lodge Freetown. The aim of the group is to train young Sierra Leonean girls in basketball and to foster a healthy relationship through sports.
Both the First and Second Ladies welcomed the delegation on behalf of the government. Mrs. Koroma pointed out that sports reveals true leadership and team work. She therefore encouraged the Sierra Leonean girls to make use of such opportunity by copying the good behavior and culture from the Americans. Various presentations and other courtesies formed the high point of the interaction. |
